Professional photography process – how it works
Call or email us with a description of the professional photography you require.
We’ll ask some questions to establish what it is you want to achieve (to gather the information we need) to give you an estimate. We can give you a “ballpark” estimate over the phone or send over a more detailed one.
We’ll bring all the equipment necessary to carry out the shoot to meet your requirements. We’ll be set up, ready to shoot at the time specified with lights and camera ready to go, so we don’t hold anyone or anything up.
We’ll capture all the images you need and then some, you won’t have to worry about any shortage of images to choose from.
We’ll download the images from the camera. Each image is renamed, sorted, colour corrected, sharpened, minor skin blemishes removed etc.
Images can also have drastic post production applied i.e. backgrounds changed, colours of clothing or products changed, safety glasses or gloves added, blue sky added etc, just ask.
As we believe that you shouldn’t have to pay for images you haven’t seen, we’ll upload all the images to a private preview gallery and email you a link within 24hrs of the shoot.
Once the images are approved, we’ll send you a detailed invoice for your professional photography. Upon payment of the invoice, we’ll upload the high res images for you to download, send you a CD, or both.
Our promise to you
If you are not absolutely delighted with the images we create for you, we will re-shoot them. If you are still not happy, we will refund your money in full, no questions asked
