Having quality photos to accurately represent the capabilities and future potential of commercial developments is so important when it comes to both selling and gaining investment for commercial properties.
We were contracted by a marketing company to photograph the WestMall in Rutherford. The detailed brief specified photo sizes, composition, content and how we were to interact with shop owners in the development.
Being a seasoned professional photographer, Matt knows how to photograph in 'fly on the wall' mode, or how to bring the energy to a photoshoot and bring personalities out of their shells. On this particular shoot, it was more of a stealth mission to allow all retailers to carry on with 'business as usual' without breaching any privacy laws by including identifiable photos of customers without their permission.
