Commercial property photography was commissioned to document Toronto Private Hospital for inclusion in an investment portfolio and supporting professional materials.
The brief required photography to be completed within a sensitive healthcare environment, with strict privacy considerations and no identifiable patients, staff, or visitors included in any imagery. Photography was undertaken in operational areas only when spaces were clear, ensuring privacy requirements were met throughout the project.
Despite short notice, the project was planned and delivered to capture key aspects of the property, including the building layout, internal facilities, external access, parking, and the hospital’s relationship to its surrounding environment. A combination of ground-level and elevated perspectives was used to provide a clear overview of the site and its context.
The final image set was supplied for use by hospital management and the associated investment group as part of their professional documentation and portfolio materials.
