MMJ Real Estate commissioned commercial photography and aerial imaging to document North Harbour Marina as part of a property marketing campaign.
The brief was to produce a comprehensive image set that clearly presented the scale, layout, and waterfront context of the marina, with photography suitable for professional marketing and investment materials.
The project included a combination of ground-based photography and aerial imagery to capture both detailed views of the facilities and broader overhead perspectives of the site and surrounding environment. Careful planning was required to ensure favourable weather conditions, appropriate light, and clear visibility across the marina.
The resulting images were supplied for use across marketing and sales materials and have continued to be used following the change of ownership.
